WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis in a therapeutic setting. Hypnosis is when we bypass the critical conscious part of our mind and go to the subconscious. The subconscious part of our mind is where we store routines as well as past experiences. In other words the data storage part of our brain. By going straight to the subconscious part of the brain we can reorder the way that data is stored in a way that supports our changing needs. The state of Hypnosis is fact something we do naturally every day. You may find for example that on a journey from your house to work you cannot remember portions of that journey,
