How to be resilient in these times of extreme change

Each day we are waking up to a radically changing world. However, with these ever-changing shifts we are presented with a historic opportunity to change for the better. We have been living in time of extremes, from the lockdown effect of Covid-19 to the global uprising around injustice, we
have been forced to examine the way we think and how we live our lives. We have been faced with a quest to find the new ‘normal’. Isn’t this a platform like no other previously presented in history to push away everything that doesn’t resonate with us and place instead of those things that do?

Instead of viewing what is going on in the world as political and societal unrest, let it be seen as negative and lower energy behaviours being pushed into the light where they can be seen for just what they are and from there we, as a united humanity, can make changes for the better.

All these changes have caused high levels of stress in our body, which in turn weakens our immune systems. We should instead be strengthening our immune systems and keep them strong in the face of viral infection.
Our ability to resolve this kind of stress and thrive in a new reality is directly linked to the level of resilience in our lives. Developing true resilience is what will enable you to thrive in even the most challenging of times. It is possible to develop your resilience. Accept firstly that you
are already a survivor.
