A quiet, ground-floor room in South Dublin — set up for the work to actually land.
Cabinteely is a calm residential village in Dublin 18, on the edge of South Dublin’s greener stretch. The practice room is small, naturally lit, easy to find, and deliberately not clinical. It’s the kind of space you can settle into within the first few minutes.
Free on-street parking is right outside, so you’re not stressed about finding somewhere to leave the car before we’ve even started. The room is ground-floor, with step-free access throughout. Tea, water, and a quiet 10 minutes before sessions if you need them.
Cabinteely sits at a useful junction — 15 minutes from the M50, 20 minutes from Dublin city centre, and within a short drive of Foxrock, Cornelscourt, Cherrywood, Killiney, Dalkey, Sandyford and Stillorgan. The bus 7 and 7a serve the village directly.
Four areas where this work changes things.
All sessions available in-person at the Cabinteely practice or online via secure video call. Most clients resolve their reason for coming in 2–3 sessions.

Your first session
90 minutes in the Cabinteely room. Built for you in the first 15 minutes — never delivered from a generic script.
Two or three sessions
Most issues resolve in 2–3 — long enough to root the change in and check it’s holding.
Week-later check-in
I text every client a week after our work to see how it’s settled. Reply welcome, never required.
The practice itself felt different from anywhere I’d been before — calm, ordinary, no clinical edge. I forgot how nervous I’d been within about five minutes.
