The calm, residential room inland — ten minutes from the coast.
Killiney and Dalkey have the views and the salt air — Cabinteely has the room. Around 10 minutes by car from Killiney village (slightly longer from Dalkey), via the M50 spur or the coast road, depending on what’s easier on the day.
Many coastal clients tell me the short drive inland helps mark the work as separate from the rest of their week — a clear transition into and out of the session. Free on-street parking is right outside the practice, so no fuss with multi-storeys or meters at either end.
The practice itself is a small, ground-floor, naturally-lit room — set up to feel residential, not clinical. Tea, water, and a quiet ten minutes before the session if you need them.
Four areas where this work changes things.
All available in-person at the Cabinteely practice — 10 minutes from Killiney village — or online via secure video call.
