For clients in Foxrock

Quiet, calm, ten minutes from your front door.

Foxrock and Cabinteely sit next to each other in South Dublin’s greener stretch — most Foxrock clients describe the practice as “basically next door”. The drive is around 8 minutes via Brennanstown Road or the Stillorgan dual carriageway down to Cabinteely village.

The practice itself is a small, ground-floor room with natural light — set up to feel residential, not clinical. Free on-street parking right outside. Tea, water, ten quiet minutes before the session if you need them.

Many Foxrock clients come for the same reason: South Dublin has plenty of practitioners, but most are clinical-style talk therapists. This work is multi-modal, strategic, and built to resolve in two or three sessions rather than ongoing weekly therapy.
